Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your date. I accept card payments through the website, Venmo, Cash App, and cash. I do not accept Zelle. For event organizer arrangements, payment terms must be agreed upon in writing prior to the event and payment is due within 24 hours of the event concluding.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable since the date has been held and other bookings turned down. If you need to reschedule, your payment transfers to the new date at no charge, provided the date is available. Each booking may be rescheduled once.

Image Delivery
Your edited gallery will be delivered via an online gallery link within 7 days of the event. The number of images varies based on the event length and nature. I deliver the strongest images from the day — quality over quantity. RAW or unedited files are not included and are not available for purchase. Rush delivery within 48 hours may be available for an additional fee.
Usage Rights
You're free to use your images however you'd like — social media, marketing materials, print, commercial use, all of it. Clutch Chick Media retains copyright ownership and the right to use images for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes. A photo credit to @clutch_chick_media is always appreciated but never required.
